The area Surrounding the Apartment
The apartment is located inside the historic Madrid, perhaps the most charming area of Spain, in the handsome La Latina area of central Madrid, well-known for the famous open-air El Rastro market, which is just a few minutes walk away.
From this location you can enjoy the most typical streets of Madrid, close to restaurants as emblematic as the Cuevas de Luis Candelas and El Botin, the oldest restaurant in the world, founded in 1725.
Or you can stroll through the famous "Trail" and then go covers the district of La Latina, or you prefer to shop in five minutes you'll be on the Gran Via in Madrid with Fuencarral street famous for its designer shops, and if yours is the architecture and art, you can lose by the more medieval like Madrid is the Plaza de la Villa to reach the Royal Palace and five minute walk.
